Move Pilates is a dynamic Reformer Pilates and Barre Sculpt studio in the heart of Sandycove. Our low-impact, full-body classes are designed to build strength, mobility and stability for every body.
We offer three class levels — Move 1 (Beginner), Mixed Move (Open) and Power Move (Advanced) — ensuring there’s a place for everyone, whether you’re new to Pilates or ready to challenge yourself. Our highly qualified instructors deliver expert, supportive teaching in a calm, welcoming space. We also host community events and workshops throughout the year.
